Personal and shared records

Your own records and photos stay on your phone. Shared items you create in a group are visible only to the people in that group. Signing in does not move your personal records to another phone.

Back up under Settings › 백업과 복원 (Backup & restore): to iCloud (iPhone), to your own Google Drive, or to a file. App updates keep your records, but deleting the app deletes the records on that phone, so back up before deleting the app or changing phones. Restoring replaces all current personal records with the backup (they are not merged); for 7 days after a restore you can go back on the same screen.

Signing out

Sign out from the Settings tab. Signing out does not delete your account: personal records on the phone stay, and that phone stops receiving pokes.

Delete your account

In the app: while signed in, open the Settings tab, tap 계정 삭제 (Delete account) and sign in again with the same account to confirm it is you. The Google or Apple screen may say “Sign in”; it is only the identity check for the deletion. On the last screen, type your account's email address (or the confirm word if there is no email or it is hidden) to send the request. The server finishes it even if you close the app.

Without the app: if you deleted the app or cannot open it, email contact@nlap.app with the subject “WellDone account deletion request”. We will ask how you signed in (Apple or Google) and what we need to confirm it is you, then delete the account within 10 days and tell you the result. Never send passwords or sign-in tokens.

When you delete your account, we delete the sign-in link and notification addresses and revoke the sign-in permission you gave WellDone at Google or Apple. Groups where you were the only member are closed, and all other user data is anonymised. Signing in again with the same Google or Apple account creates a new account. Personal records on your phone are not deleted by account deletion; delete the app if you want them gone. Server recovery copies disappear automatically after at most 30 days.
